What we provide

Current Tools offers free, browser-based tools and calculators including health calculators, financial calculators, everyday utilities, student tools, SEO tools, and image editing tools. All processing happens client-side in your browser.

What we don't provide

Current Tools is not professional advice. BMI calculations, tax estimates, loan projections, and similar outputs are informational only. Consult qualified professionals (doctors, financial advisors, tax experts) before making important decisions.

No guarantees

We strive for accuracy but provide all tools "as is" without warranty of any kind. Calculations may have edge cases or limitations. Verify critical results independently.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our tools for illegal activities or to process illegal content
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack Current Tools's infrastructure
Scrape, copy, or redistribute our tool code for commercial purposes without permission
Use automated scripts or bots that create excessive load on our servers
Upload malicious content (viruses, malware) through any file upload feature
Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restricted areas

Intellectual Property

Our content

The Current Tools name, logo, design, and original code are our intellectual property. The tool functionality and user interface are protected by copyright.

Your content

You retain all rights to content you create using our tools (calculation results, generated images, invoices, etc.). Since we never receive your data, there's no licensing or ownership transfer involved.

Open source components

Some tools use open-source libraries (Tesseract.js, gif.js, JSZip, html2pdf.js) which are subject to their respective licenses. We comply with all open-source license requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Current Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

Use or inability to use our tools
Inaccurate calculations or tool outputs
Data loss (including localStorage data cleared by browser updates)
Decisions made based on tool outputs
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Important: Our tools are meant to assist, not replace professional judgment. Always verify critical results and consult qualified professionals when making important financial, health, or legal decisions.

Third-Party Services

Some tools load JavaScript libraries from CDNs (Content Delivery Networks). These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party CDN provider.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Current Tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be highlighted on the homepage.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Current Tools for users who violate these terms. Since Current Tools requires no accounts, termination means blocking IP-based access to our servers.
